Prepare a ESL Lesson (to do right then, and lesson plan, course design) for the Interviewers in case they ask for an example of your teaching skills
Also think of what teacher skills are important for Korea.
(state, explain, support).
Bubbly, cheerful and outgoing is needed for personality.
Be supportive of EPIK, no comparisons, but only say good things about it.
Able and willing to adapt to Korean culture. Very conservative.
Image is important.
